What are peptides?+
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body, supporting various biological functions including recovery, metabolism, immune modulation, and cellular health.
What is Aevum Labs?+
Aevum Labs is a Canadian research compound supplier offering pharmaceutical-grade peptides for laboratory and educational research purposes. All products undergo third-party purity testing.
Are your products for human consumption?+
No. All Aevum Labs products are intended strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are not for human consumption.
Where do you ship from?+
All orders ship refrigerated from our cGMP-licensed Canadian distribution facility via 1–3 day express shipping, with a temperature logger in every box.
How can I contact customer support?+

Are your peptides tested for purity?+
Yes. Every batch undergoes third-party laboratory testing for purity and quality. We maintain a minimum purity standard of 98%+.
How are your products tested?+
Every Aevum lot undergoes third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry testing for identity and purity before release. Each cartridge is marked with a unique lot identifier traceable to its release record.
What format do your peptides ship in?+
Every Aevum Labs compound ships as a pre-filled liquid cartridge. No reconstitution, no mixing — the dose, half-life, and lab report are on the box.
How should the cartridges be stored?+
Store pre-filled cartridges refrigerated at 2-8°C. Protect from direct light and do not freeze. Refer to the use-by date printed on the product packaging.
What is the shelf life?+
Unopened cartridges remain stable through the use-by date printed on the carton when refrigerated at 2-8°C. After first pierce, refrigerate the cartridge and use within 90 days. Discard any cartridge past day 90 even if the liquid appears unchanged.
Can the cartridges be frozen?+
No. Pre-filled liquid cartridges should not be frozen — freeze-thaw cycles can damage the peptide. Keep refrigerated at 2-8°C.
Are your peptides sterile?+
Research-grade peptides are not guaranteed sterile unless explicitly stated. Proper aseptic technique should be used during handling.
How do I know my batch is authentic?+
Each batch is assigned a unique lot number for traceability and can be verified through third-party testing documentation.
Do you provide handling instructions?+
Yes. General handling guidance is included with all products to ensure integrity during research use.
Do I need to buy pen needles?+
Each shipment includes a small starter pack of pen needles to get you going. For ongoing use, you will need to restock — any standard insulin pen needle (4–8 mm, 31–32 gauge) works, available at any pharmacy or on Amazon. Use a fresh needle for every injection; reusing dulls the tip and raises infection risk.
How do I place an order?+
Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and complete the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email with payment instructions.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
Orders can only be modified before payment is received. Once payment is processed, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?+
We offer competitive pricing on larger orders. Contact support@aevumlabs.ca for custom quotes on bulk purchases.
Are there quantity limits per order?+
Some products may have quantity restrictions to ensure fair access and compliance. These are noted on individual product pages.
Can I combine multiple orders?+
Separately placed orders cannot be combined once payment is processed. We recommend adding all items to a single cart before checkout.
Where do you ship?+
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping beyond CA / US is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?+
Refrigerated express shipping typically arrives in 1–3 business days within Canada and the continental US, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes. Free refrigerated 1–3 day express shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $500 CAD. Orders below the threshold ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
How are orders shipped?+
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are typically shipped the same business day.
How do I track my order?+
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for initial carrier scanning.
What if my package is lost or delayed?+
Contact support@aevumlabs.ca if tracking shows no movement for an extended period. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
What if my package arrives warm?+
Every Aevum order ships refrigerated with a temperature logger in the box. If the package arrives warm — or the logger indicates the cold chain was broken — do not use the cartridge. Take a photo of the logger and packaging within 24 hours of delivery and email support@aevumlabs.ca with your order number. We will replace the affected cartridge at no charge.
How is cold-chain shipping handled?+
Orders ship refrigerated within 24 hours of payment confirmation via 1–3 day express shipping, in insulated packaging with cold packs and a passive temperature logger. The logger captures the package temperature throughout transit so any cold-chain excursion is documented and traceable.
What if my shipping address is incorrect?+
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Re-shipping due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?+
No. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays.
How are products packaged?+
Pre-filled liquid cartridges are securely packaged with cold-chain materials to protect against moisture, temperature changes, and physical damage during transit.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Interac e-Transfer exclusively. Credit card and debit card payments are not available at this time.
How does e-Transfer payment work?+
After placing your order, send an Interac e-Transfer to payments@aevumlabs.ca. Auto-deposit is enabled, so no security question is required — include your order number in the message field (e.g., "Aevum order #1234") so we can match your payment to your order.
What if my e-Transfer doesn’t go through?+
Most failed transfers are bank-side. Check that the recipient email is exactly payments@aevumlabs.ca, that the transfer amount matches your invoice total, and that your daily e-Transfer limit covers the amount. If it still fails, email support@aevumlabs.ca with your order number and a screenshot of the bank error and we will walk you through it. Orders without payment received within 48 hours are auto-cancelled and can be re-placed any time.
How long does payment processing take?+
Once we receive your e-Transfer, your order is processed within 1-2 business days.
What if I sent the wrong amount?+
Contact support@aevumlabs.ca immediately. Incorrect payment amounts may delay order processing.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. Interac e-Transfer is processed through your bank's secure online banking system. We never have access to your banking credentials.
Are your products legal to purchase in Canada?+
Yes. All Aevum Labs products are legal for research purposes in Canada. Buyers must ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
What is your return policy?+
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made for verified manufacturing defects reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Do you provide MSDS/SDS sheets?+
Material Safety Data Sheets are available for many products. Email support@aevumlabs.ca to request copies.
How should I dispose of peptide waste?+
Dispose of peptides according to your local laboratory waste disposal protocols. Never pour chemicals down household drains.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?+
Email support@aevumlabs.ca within 72 hours with photos and order details. Claims are reviewed at our discretion.
Do you provide research guidance?+
We provide general handling and storage information only. We do not provide usage guidance for humans or animals.
