No reconstitution. No syringes. Just clicks.
Every Aevum cartridge ships pre-filled, refrigerated, and ready to inject. Slot it into the reusable pen, dial the click count your protocol calls for, and inject. No mixing bacteriostatic water. No drawing from vials with syringes. No guesswork.
60 clicks per cartridge.
Every Aevum cartridge delivers exactly 60 clicks from full to empty. Each click is the same volume. Match your protocol's dose to the click count, then dial the pen.
The math is simple: cartridge mg ÷ 60 = mg per click. Want to dose half a cartridge? 30 clicks. A quarter? 15 clicks. An eighth? 7 or 8 clicks — the pen rounds to whole increments, and the calculator handles the precise number for you.
The click-to-dose calculator takes the cartridge mg and your target dose and returns the exact click count.
What a click delivers, by cartridge.
| Cartridge | Per click | Per ¼ (15 clicks) | Protocol range |
|---|---|---|---|
| NAD+ 500 mg | 8.3 mg | 125 mg | 100–125 mg weekly |
| Retatrutide 24 mg | 0.40 mg | 6 mg | 0.5–4 mg weekly |
| BPC-157 20 mg | 0.33 mg (333 mcg) | 5 mg | 250–500 mcg, 1–2× daily |
| Tirzepatide 20 mg | 0.33 mg | 5 mg | 2.5–5 mg weekly |
Per-product click math also appears in the "Pen & Dosing" accordion on every product page.
From box to injection.
Unbox
Your order arrives in an insulated box with a passive temperature logger inside. Open it, check the logger reads green, refrigerate the cartridges at 2–8 °C until you’re ready to load one into the pen.
Load
Unscrew the pen cap, slide the cartridge in until the metal crimp seats against the chamber, and screw the cap back on. The cartridge stays in the pen until it’s empty.
Prime
Dial 2 clicks and depress the plunger. A small bead of liquid should appear at the needle tip — that confirms the cartridge is seated and the dose path is clear. Prime once per fresh cartridge.
Dial
Turn the dose ring to your target click count. The pen advances with an audible click per increment. 60 clicks empties a cartridge; 15 clicks delivers a quarter.
Inject
Pinch a subcutaneous site — abdomen, thigh, or upper arm — insert the needle at 90°, depress the plunger fully, and hold for 5 seconds before withdrawing. Use a fresh pen needle for every injection — reusing dulls the tip, raises infection risk, and can throw off dose accuracy.
Refrigerate
Cap the pen and return it to the fridge between doses. Keep the cartridge at 2–8 °C; never freeze. Discard the cartridge 90 days after first pierce.
Refrigerated, logged, traceable.
- 2–8 °C end-to-end. Cartridges leave our cGMP-licensed distribution facility refrigerated and ship in insulated packaging with cold packs via 1–3 day express shipping.
- Temperature logger in every box. A passive logger captures the package temperature throughout transit so any cold-chain excursion is documented.
- 24-hour dispatch. Orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- If it arrives warm, photograph the logger within 24 hours and email support@aevumlabs.ca with your order number. We replace any affected cartridge at no charge.
Refrigerated, capped, dated.
Until the use-by date
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Stable until the date printed on the carton — typically 18 months from lot date.
90 days, refrigerated
Keep refrigerated. Use within 90 days of the first pierce. Discard at day 90 even if the liquid looks unchanged.
Freeze the cartridge
Freeze-thaw cycles damage peptide structure irreversibly. Protect from direct light. Travel with a cooler and gel pack — not direct contact.
