Return & Refund Policy
Our policy on returns, refunds, and defective products.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the specialized nature of laboratory research compounds, all sales are final. Once products leave our facility, we cannot accept returns as we cannot verify proper storage, handling, or environmental conditions outside our controlled environment.
No Post-Payment Cancellations
Once payment is received, your order automatically enters our fulfillment and processing stage. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after payment has been processed, even if the product has not yet shipped.
Manufacturing Defects
In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect or damage that occurred prior to shipment, Aevum Labs may consider a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole and absolute discretion.
72-Hour Reporting Window
Any claims regarding manufacturing defects or pre-shipment damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. To submit a claim, email support@aevumlabs.ca with: (a) Your order number; (b) Clear photographs of the product and packaging; (c) A detailed description of the issue; (d) Photographs of the shipping box if damage is suspected.
Ineligible Claims
The following are NOT eligible for replacement, credit, or refund: improper handling or storage after delivery; shipping delays caused by carriers; user error in reconstitution or handling; incorrect shipping address provided by customer; change of mind or product dissatisfaction; products used outside intended research protocols.
Resolution Process
Approved claims may result in one of the following at Aevum Labs' discretion: replacement product shipment; store credit for future purchases; partial or full refund to original payment method. Approval of any claim is not guaranteed.
