Evidence before everything.
We don't formulate new compounds. We carry research-grade peptides with published mechanisms, fill them in a cGMP-licensed pharmacy under ISO 7 cleanroom conditions, test every lot independently, and ship them refrigerated to your door.
Six pillars of how every cartridge ships.
Mechanism-First Selection
Every compound in the catalog is selected for its published mechanism — GLP-1 / GIP / glucagon receptor agonism, BPC-157 angiogenic signalling, NAD+ sirtuin activation, GHK-Cu copper-binding collagen synthesis. The mechanism literature, not marketing, drives what we carry.
Pre-Filled Liquid Cartridges
No reconstitution. No syringes drawing from vials. Every Aevum compound ships as a pre-filled 3 mL liquid cartridge at a defined mg load, ready to load into the reusable pen.
cGMP Filling, ISO 7 Cleanroom
Filling takes place under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) conditions in an ISO 7 cleanroom — the same particulate-load class used for sterile injectable production.
Third-Party HPLC & Mass Spec
Every lot is independently tested by HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation before release. Lots that fail specification are not released.
Lot-Level Traceability
Each cartridge is marked with a unique lot identifier traceable to its release record. The lot number on the crimp matches the assay record in our system.
Refrigerated Cold-Chain Dispatch
Orders leave our cGMP-licensed distribution facility refrigerated, in insulated packaging with cold packs and a passive temperature logger, shipped via 1–3 day express shipping. The logger captures package temperature throughout transit — any cold-chain excursion is documented and traceable.
What we carry, and why.
A mechanism-led view of the launch catalog. Every compound has published research describing the pathway it acts on.
BPC-157
A 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein in human gastric juice. Studied for angiogenic signalling, collagen synthesis, and gastrointestinal mucosa stabilization.
NAD+
Coenzyme central to mitochondrial energy production. Substrate for sirtuin enzymes (SIRT1–7) and PARP-mediated DNA repair. NAD+ levels decline with age, making direct restoration a primary longevity target.
Retatrutide
Triple-receptor agonist acting on GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors simultaneously. The triple mechanism produces the strongest weight-loss response in published peptide literature.
GHK-Cu
Glycyl-histidyl-lysine bound to copper. Drives collagen, elastin, and proteoglycan synthesis. Long-studied for skin regeneration, wound repair, and hair-follicle support.
Epitalon
Synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) studied for telomerase activation, pineal-axis support, and circadian regulation. The canonical longevity peptide in long-term aging research.
Acetylated Semax
Heptapeptide analog of ACTH(4–10) with an acetylated N-terminus for extended half-life. Studied for BDNF expression, dopaminergic modulation, and working-memory effects.
What happens before a cartridge ships.
Every lot is independently assayed before release. We maintain full lot-level traceability from raw material to finished cartridge. Lots that fail specification are not released to inventory.
