Payment Instructions
We accept Interac e-Transfer for all orders. Follow the steps below to complete your payment.
Aevum Labs accepts payment exclusively via Interac e-Transfer. This ensures fast, secure transactions for our Canadian customers. Credit card and debit card payments are not available at this time.
Place Your Order
Browse our collection and add items to your cart. Complete the checkout process on our website. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and payment details.
Open Your Banking App
Log in to your online banking or mobile banking application. Navigate to the Interac e-Transfer or "Send Money" section.
Send the e-Transfer
Send the e-Transfer to the email address below. Enter the exact order total as the transfer amount.
Set the Security Question
Important: Use your order number exactly as it appears in your confirmation email.
Important Notes
If your bank asks what the payment is for, write "consulting". Do not include details about what you are purchasing. This is standard practice for research supply businesses.
Processing
Once we receive your e-Transfer, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
