Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Coverage
Aevum Labs currently ships within Canada and the United States. International shipping beyond CA / US is not available at this time. All orders ship refrigerated via 1–3 day express shipping with a temperature logger in every box.
Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
Refrigerated 1–3 day express shipping typically delivers within 1–3 business days across Canada and the continental US, depending on your location. Transit times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Free Shipping
Free refrigerated 1–3 day express shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $500 CAD. No promo code is required. Orders below the threshold are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier scanning and updates. Initial tracking may display 'label created' until the carrier physically processes the package.
Packaging & Product Integrity
All products are securely packaged with appropriate protection against moisture, temperature changes, and physical damage. Pre-filled liquid peptide cartridges ship with cold-chain packaging to maintain stability during transit.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Aevum Labs is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at support@aevumlabs.ca. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Refunds or replacements for lost packages require a completed carrier investigation confirming the loss.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
