No reconstitution. No syringes. Just clicks.
Every Aevum cartridge ships pre-filled and refrigerated. Slot it into the reusable pen and dial the increment count. No mixing bacteriostatic water. No drawing from vials with syringes. No guesswork.

240 clicks per cartridge.
Every Aevum cartridge is metered into 240 increments. Each click dispenses the same volume, and each cartridge is filled a little beyond 240 clicks so priming never leaves the last increment short.

The math is simple: cartridge mg ÷ 240 = mg per click. Want to dose half a cartridge? 120 clicks. A quarter? 60 clicks. An eighth? 30 clicks, though the pen rounds to whole increments, and the calculator handles the precise number for you.
The click-to-dose calculator takes the cartridge mg and your target dose and returns the exact click count.
What a click delivers, by cartridge.
| Cartridge | Per click | Per ¼ (60 clicks) | Full cartridge |
|---|---|---|---|
| NAD+ 500 mg | 2.08 mg | 125 mg | 500 mg |
| Retatrutide 24 mg | 0.10 mg | 6 mg | 24 mg |
| BPC-157 20 mg | 0.083 mg (83 mcg) | 5 mg | 20 mg |
| Tirzepatide 20 mg | 0.083 mg (83 mcg) | 5 mg | 20 mg |
Per-product metering also appears in the "Cartridge & Pen Specification" accordion on every product page.
From box to cold storage.
Unbox
Your order arrives in an insulated box with phase-change cold packs. Open it and refrigerate the cartridges at 2–8 °C until you’re ready to load one into the pen.
Load
Unscrew the pen cap, slide the cartridge in until the metal crimp seats against the chamber, and screw the cap back on. The cartridge stays in the pen until it’s empty.
Prime
Dial 2 clicks and depress the plunger. A small bead of liquid should appear at the needle tip. That confirms the cartridge is seated and the dose path is clear. Prime once per fresh cartridge.
Meter
Turn the ring to the required increment count. The pen advances with an audible click per increment. A full cartridge is metered into 240 increments; 60 increments dispenses a quarter.
Store
Cap the pen and return it to the fridge between uses. Keep the cartridge at 2–8 °C; never freeze. Discard the cartridge 60 days after first pierce.
Refrigerated, logged, traceable.
- 2–8 °C end-to-end. Cartridges leave our cGMP-licensed distribution facility refrigerated and ship in insulated packaging with cold packs via 1–3 day express shipping.
- Phase-change cold packs in every box. Insulated walls and packs that hold 2–8 °C through transit, the same band that holds insulin and GLP-1 medications.
- 24-hour dispatch. Orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- If it arrives warm, photograph the cartridge and packaging within 24 hours and email support@aevumlabs.ca with your order number. We replace any affected cartridge at no charge.
Refrigerated, capped, dated.
Until the use-by date
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Stable until the date printed on the carton, typically 18 months from lot date.
60 days, refrigerated
Keep refrigerated. Use within 60 days of the first pierce. Discard at day 60 even if the liquid looks unchanged.
Freeze the cartridge
Freeze-thaw cycles damage peptide structure irreversibly. Protect from direct light. Travel with a cooler and gel pack, not in direct contact.
