Description

A combined formulation of BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single pre-filled cartridge — two of the most-studied tissue-repair peptides.

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide derived from human gastric juice, studied for its effects on growth factor expression (VEGF, FGF) and tissue repair pathways. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, studied for its role in cell migration and actin regulation. The two peptides target complementary recovery pathways.

Pen & Dosing

Aevum cartridges drop into the reusable Aevum pen. Each cartridge delivers 60 clicks total from full to empty. The pen dial advances one click per increment, so every 15 clicks equals a quarter cartridge.

Recommended dose: 2.5 mg, 2× weekly (5 mg/week combined) (2× weekly). Match your protocol's dose to the click count, then dial the pen.

Load. Slide the cartridge into the pen barrel, screw on the cap, and prime with 2 clicks until a bead forms at the needle.
Dial. Turn the dose ring to your target click count. The pen advances and clicks audibly per increment.
Inject. Pinch a subcutaneous site (abdomen, thigh, upper arm), insert at 90°, depress the plunger, hold for 5 seconds, withdraw.
Refrigerate. Return the pen with cartridge to 2–8 °C between doses. Use a fresh pen needle for every injection — reusing dulls the tip and risks infection.

Storage & Handling

Unopened: refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Stable until the use-by date printed on the carton.
After first pierce: keep refrigerated at 2–8 °C and use within 90 days. Discard any cartridge past day 90 even if it looks unchanged.
Never freeze. Freeze-thaw cycles damage peptide structure irreversibly.
Protect from light. Store the cartridge in its foil sleeve when not loaded into the pen.
Travel: a cooler with a frozen gel pack (not in direct contact with the cartridge) keeps it safe for up to 24 hours.

Testing & Release

Every Aevum lot undergoes third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry analysis for identity and purity before release. Lots that fail specification are not released.

Each cartridge is marked with a unique lot identifier traceable to its release record.
